Installation Best Practices: We recommend having a professional stylist install your frontals and closures to avoid damage or improper placement. Use a minimal amount of heat or avoid direct heat on the hair when possible, as excessive heat can damage the cuticles and affect longevity. Daily Hair Care: Brush or comb hair starting from the ends and working your way up to prevent tangling. Use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners to maintain the hair’s natural luster and softness. When using styling products, avoid those with heavy oils or alcohol, which can weigh down or dry out the hair. Maintenance of Frontals and Closures: Frontals and closures should be gently handled to avoid thinning or balding over time. Apply lace adhesive sparingly to prevent damage to the lace. Reapply moisture to the lace base as needed, especially after multiple wears or washings, to keep it soft and flexible. Sleeping Care: Always wrap your hair or use a satin bonnet/scarf before sleeping to reduce friction and protect the hair. Avoid sleeping with wet hair to prevent tangling or matting. Coloring and Chemical Processing: While our hair bundles, frontals, and closures can be colored, we recommend having any chemical processing (e.g., coloring, bleaching) performed by a professional stylist to avoid damage. We are not responsible for any damage caused by at-home chemical treatments. Product Warranty & Disclaimer: To maintain the quality and durability of your hair bundles, frontals, and closures, please follow these care instructions closely. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been chemically altered, improperly installed, or mishandled. Shedding and Tangle Policy: Minimal shedding and tangling are normal with natural hair extensions. To reduce excessive shedding or tangling, follow our care recommendations. Any excessive shedding or tangling within the first 7 days of installation should be reported to us for review.
